Grilled Fish

Friends, I hope you all are doing well. Today I am going to share one of the healthy lunch/dinner recipe. It is my favorite food dish.


Grilled Fish




Ingredients:

  • Fish – 2 large fillets (boneless)
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp. (mince)
  • Black Pepper – ½ tsp.
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Cooking Oil – 5 tbsp.
  • Basil Leaves – 1 tsp. (dried)
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp.
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp.
  • Fresh Coriander/parsley – 1 tbsp. (chopped)


Cooking Instructions:

  • Combine garlic, black pepper, red Chili, salt, basil leaves, oil, turmeric powder, parsley and lemon juice in a glass bowl. Mix well.
  • Place fish fillets in a wide dish and pour marinade over them.
  • Make sure the fillets are well covered with marinade.
  • Keep the dish in a fridge for 2 hours.



  • Preheat the grill and lightly oil grate.
  • Place the fillets on the grill and cook them for 5 minutes each side or till the fish gets cooked.
  • Serve it hot with white rice or salad.
